The amount of graffiti in Madrid is mind blowing. The majority of it just sloppy tags thrown-up with no love. But there are some real jewels that make all the other lazy attempts to claiming territory all worth it.

Spaniards freaking love spray-painting text. Exactly like the picture above “Punk has not died”. Close by was spray-painted “Life is free”, it’s so sweet and naive, I simply love it.

But what really gets me excited is the political or prankster graffiti. So much so that instead of counting-sheep to fall asleep,  I decorate my neighborhood in my imagination.
