lichee mulled wine

 

Lichee Mulled Wine:

Do not brutishly boil your wine, be sensitive and just warm it up


one bottle of wine (don’t go for the good stuff, for christ-sake you’re going to add sugar to it)

2 shots orange flavored liqueur or rum (why not I ask you?)

12 lichee only pitted not cut

1 lemon, sliced

1 orange, sliced

4 cloves

1 cinnamon stick

2 whole star anise 

sugar to taste (remember lichee are super sweet)
